Sweat Sessions will work every muscle in your body and were designed to build strength, sculpt and lengthen your muscles, firm up your core, and promote overall balance and health. Each session will whip you into fantastic shape! Not only will you gain strength and tone up, but you’ll also burn maximum calories and leave feeling empowered, energized, and rejuvenated. And if that weren’t enough, each class will help you achieve the elusive “afterburn,” meaning your metabolism and fat-burning potential will be revved for up to 24 hours post-workout!
